ഡി.ഡി.എ. മുന്‍ കമ്മീഷണര്‍ക്കെതിരെ സി.ബി.ഐ കുറ്റപത്രം സമര്‍പിച്ചു

ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: വരവില്‍ കവിഞ്ഞ സ്വത്ത് സമ്പാദിച്ചെന്ന കേസില്‍ ഡല്‍ഹി ഡവലപ്പ്‌മെന്റ് അതോറിറ്റി (ഡി.ഡി.എ) ഭൂവിനിയോഗ വിഭാഗം മുന്‍ കമ്മീഷണര്‍ക്കെതിരെ സി.ബി.ഐ. ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി പാട്യാല ഹൗസിലെ പ്രത്യേക സി.ബി.ഐ. കോടതിയില്‍ കുറ്റപത്രം സമര്‍പിച്ചു.
പശ്ചിമബംഗാള്‍ കേഡറിലെ 1992 ബാച്ച് ഐ.എ.എസ്. ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനായിരുന്നു കമ്മീഷണര്‍. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാര്യ, ഭാര്യാപിതാവ് എന്നിവര്‍ക്കെതിരെയും അഴിമതി നിരോധന നിയമ പ്രകാരം കേസെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. അനധികൃതമായി 45.80 ലക്ഷം രൂപയുടെ വസ്തുവകകള്‍ സമ്പാദിച്ചെന്ന പരാതിയില്‍ 2009 ഡിസംബറിലാണ് സി.ബി.ഐ കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്തത്.
20.08.1990 മുതല്‍ 30.06.2008 വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവില്‍ ഇദ്ദേഹം 1.46 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വസ്തുവകകള്‍ അനധികൃതമായി സമ്പാദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നാണ് സി.ബി.ഐയുടെ കണ്ടെത്തല്‍.
